Bishop Norman Hutchins was born in 1962 and was called to the ministry in 1970.  At the age of 8, he was licensed as a minister, and in 1974 at the age of 12 he was also ordained as an elder. 

In 1985, at the age of 19, he relocated to Los Angeles California where he attended The Ministerial Theological Training Institute in Inglewood, California.  He graduated with his Masters in Biblical Counseling and also received his Doctorate degree in Church Administration. 

In 1989 he became a member of the West Angeles Church of God in Christ in Los Angeles, California.  There he served as Director of Social Services, Executive Minister of Music and State Minister of Music under the leadership of Bishop Charles E. Blake, Presiding Bishop of the Churches of God in Christ. Bishop Hutchins has now been preaching for 45 years and pastoring for 25 years. 

In 1990, he became a national recording artist and recorded some of gospel’s noted songs like“Emmanuel”, “God’s Got a Blessing with My Name on It”, “Jesus I Love You”, and “Battlefield”. 

He is currently the Pastor of Frontline Ministries in Dover, Delaware where he and his wife birthed the ministry.  He is also the founder of The Frontline Covenant Fellowship of Churches, Inc.

Bishop Hutchins has always been a servant on the front line. His purpose is to glorify God, evangelize the lost and edify the body of Christ.  His motto is, “The worst is over and the best is yet to come!!”

Lady Karen Hutchins is a native of the Island of Belize. She left Belize and relocated to Los Angeles, California after the death of her mother. She is a mother, entrepreneur, wife, and mentor whose life is reaching many around the world.

She has matriculated at Liberty University, Back To The Bible Institute, Grand-Canyon University, and Cerritos College obtaining an Associates Degree in Business, and forthcoming Bachelors in Religion.

Lady Karen along with her husband, Pastor Norman E. Hutchins, are the co-founders of Frontline Ministries of Dover, DE. Most recently Lady Karen accepted her God-given mandate to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is devoted to the vision of the ministry, and is actively involved in many aspects of the church, and assists her husband with a variety of duties to assure that his God-given mandate is carried out.

Lady Karen is the President of the Daughters of Destiny Women's Ministry which meets on a monthly basis. She has also established "God's Pearls", "God's Jewels" and "Women of Wisdom" groups which minister to a variety of relevant issues through biblical guidelines and instructions.

She passionately encourages women to support and fulfill the purpose of God for their lives. Her teachings inspire and challenge women to develop a strong relationship with God and with their families. She is an anointed, uncompromising teacher of the Word of God.

Lifting up the Lord through praise and worship is what she does, and believes is the anchor for living and much of what has characterized her walk with the Lord. She is a stable and reliable source of inspiration to many. Her love and compassion for God's people of all ages is prevalent in all she does. She's known as a woman of great wisdom.
